DESIGNING WITH MOXIE!

Owner/Designer, Tina Ries, has been working in a variety of capacities and industries in both corporate and non-profit environments since 1988.  
 

Starting out her career as an aspiring Broadcast News professional in college as she worked toward her Communication degree, she was the News Director, an on-air personality and eventually General Manager of her college radio station.  She also did layout and writing for her college newspaper, The Ray.

Later, she enjoyed the opportunity to do Broadcast News internships with:

• CNN-Washington, D.C. Bureau 
• KMGH-TV (CBS) in Denver, CO
• KOAA-TV (NBC) in Colorado Springs, CO
• KVOR-radio in Colorado Springs, CO

 After her undergrad days, she spent time as a staff writer/reporter for the I-70 Scout Newspaper in Strasburg, CO.

She took a detour along the way and found herself working in the corporate world in Retail Management and then eventually Human Resources Management. Companies she worked for include: 

• Ticketmaster Colorado (Call Center/Ticketing) 
• Merrick & Company (Engineering) 
• Richfield Hospitality Services (Hotel Management)
• Founders Asset Management (Mutual Funds)

After starting her family, she returned to school to obtain a Graphic Design degree. Most recently, she served as Director of Communication for Blessed Sacrament Catholic School (non-profit sector) in Denver, CO.

Current, she is a consultant/freelancer working for clients, helping them with their communication needs. Her client list includes companies from industries as diverse as her own background:
